[Neos] ~500ms in Production Context

I don't have screenshots right now, but with a plain install on my local
machine (without special caching setup) I am around 150ms. To be
improved by memcache and similar...
But we are talking about Production context here of course! Development
is slower (again don't have the exact numbers at hand but I think around
300-400ms).
