Hmm that’s very odd. Anyway you can add one yourself manually in the database, but keep in mind that you have to set the correct node type, correct path, parent path, empty properties, unique identifiers and the hash for path and parent path as well (simple md5 values of the fields).
Another way would be to export the site, but I would think you’d loose those pages in the export :S
