[Neos] layoutPathPattern of contact-form doesn't get rendered

Hello,

I try to set up a contact form and followed the example of the demo site 
and the docs:

I changed / included all files according to the demo package:

https://github.com/dohomi/Neos-Plugin-DMF.BootstrapContent/blob/master/Configuration/NodeTypes.yaml

https://github.com/dohomi/Neos-Plugin-DMF.BootstrapContent/blob/master/Configuration/Settings.yaml

https://github.com/dohomi/Neos-Plugin-DMF.BootstrapContent/blob/master/Resources/Private/Form/contact-form.yaml

But the layoutPathPattern with the adjusted template for the bootstrap 
classes is not getting called - "default" output is getting rendered.

Do I miss anything? I adjusted the contact-form.yaml file and the 
additional fields are rendered, only the layoutPathPattern seems to get 
ignored.
