[Neos] Integration of opcode cache systems

Hi neos folk,

I have an interessting issue with TYPO3 and opcode cache systems.

http://forge.typo3.org/issues/55252

As this issue apply to PackageManager and "PHP Saving Caches" this has 
also impact to neos, but I didn't take a look into the code or try it.
