[Neos] using layout file for sharing template over multiple page types

Hi Christopher,

My whole approach went into the wrong direction. I simply adjusted all 
head and body parts to another file. the Page Object does not have a 
layoutRootPath, but it is also not necessary, I completely overlooked 
the additional templatePath for each section.
