[Neos] how to set up form finisher to send recipientAddress to a specified dynamical value

Hello,

Is it possible to passing a dynamical value to the form finisher? 
Currently the finisher option looks like:

recipientAddress: 'myaddress at domain.com'

Is there a way setting recipientAddress dynamically through a specified 
POST value or specific identifier of a field (in my case: "email")?
