[Neos] TYPO3 Neos 1.2 beta 3 released

FYI a new beta for 1.2 has been released. Includes three important fixes that makes it compatible with PHP 5.3 again, kickstarting new sites and exporting sites. Additionally contains some UI improvements, minor additions and bugfixes.
