[Neos] [Flow] ANN: Regression in Flow 2.2.1; Neos 1.1.1: File Uploads broken

Hi everybody,

I just wanted to inform you that Flow 2.2.1 has currently a regression
which break file uploads.

The error has been introduced by
https://git.typo3.org/Packages/TYPO3.Flow.git/commit/1a8db9b1926a3073f24f47c068d477e0411e41fa
- which is part of Flow 2.2.1. This created a ResourceConverter which
works differently than the already-existing ResourceTypeConverter --
effectively breaking file uploads.

Sorry for the inconvenience; we'll be working on a fix in the upcoming days.
