Well I tried this, as a mistake .. but according to the Doc it should not be Vendor.Site, but just Vendor http://docs.typo3.org/neos/TYPO3NeosDocumentation/IntegratorsCookbook/WrappingListOfContentElements.html I am now re-doing the install again, as I tried to replicate the error on another server with no Luck...
