[Neos] Announce: TYPO3 Neos 1.1.0-beta1

Hi all,

we just tagged TYPO3 Neos 1.1.0-beta1 in git. It is available via 
composer now. Release notes are to be rendered soon and will be 
available at [1].

We will release an article tomorrow highlighting the key technical
