[Neos] Problem when deleting Pages/Nodes

Hi Nick

I have had the same problem. Apparently it happens when you're too fast
creating the pages. When you're adding a page, click the add button,
then wait until the whole page reloads, then change the page title and
let it reload again. If you try to add another page earlier in this
process, you have the problem you descibed.

You can report it as a subtask to this issue or (if that doesn't work)
relate the issue to this issue: http://forge.typo3.org/issues/45020

Best regards,

Lorenz
