[Neos] copy and paste to an empty page

"I did a quick test of this with my minimal set-up (alpha 5) and just 
tried copy and paste with headline and had the same outcome as you.

paste to a page with content i.e. another headline in this case and 
paste works.

paste to a page with no content elements the paste doesn't work."
