[Neos] Neos real-world integration experience

Hi everybody,

when setting up a real-world project with Neos I went for a bug-hunt and collected issues and annoyances along the way.

Today we had an ad-hoc session to discuss this list and to see if we can find solutions or improvements for these issues.
