[Neos] error while installing NEOS first time

Hello,

I receive still this error while trying to install NEOS the first time. 
Is there a list where I can check all requirements? I'm running 
Archlinux and thought that I have everything setup correctly, TYPO3 CMS 
runs on it without any stress.
