[Neos] FYI: Work Package added: Behat Testing

Hey Steffen,

Nice to see you around here ;) We plan to write feature descriptions for 
the stuff we work on, and for the stuff we already have. I can imagine 
it will be quite a job to get to a reasonable coverage, so any help 
welcome I'd say ;-)
