[Neos] [Summary] Brainstorming for the Neos and Flow websites

Hey guys,

I shortly summarize what we just discussed with Rasmus, Mathias, Robert and Ben at the Neos code sprint.

We will create a simple new scrolling website design for both websites Neos and Flow to also show the responsive features of Neos and adjust this important public channel to the modern approach of the systems. The workflow will be as follows:
- come up with the content for the main page
- create the basic design
- fine-tune the design
- create template and integrate it into Neos
