[Neos] Neos code sprint fall 2013 planning

Hi folks,

as just discussed during the Neos sprint in Karlsruhe, we should start
fixing a date for a last stabilization sprint before T3CON13 in Stuttgart.

I have setup a doodle for agreeing on a week. Once we have that, we can
continue with discussing agenda, actual days etc.

As it looks today, the code sprint will happen in Frankfurt, Germany.
Anybody who wants to help with Neos 1.0 is welcome!
