[TYPO3-50-general] Backend loading page speed

Hi Aske,

I tried to freeze some and also tried to freeze all package.
I saw that it still spend around 10s to 16s in the backend.
It may cause by the pages, because I have many pages. But I am not sure 
with this.

Another idea?
