[Neos] problems installing neos

Hello, 

I'm having a different problem, but figured I'd add to this instead of making a new topic. 

Following the installation instructions I am ending up with neos.demo/setup giving a 404. The /Web directory just has index.php, _Resources, the favicon and ./htaccess in it, no setup. 

It's the same following the instructions at http://docs.typo3.org/neos/TYPO3NeosDocumentation/GettingStarted/Installation.html and at http://neos.typo3.org/download.html .

I'm pretty new to all of this, and I got a little help from irc but I still couldn't figure it out.
