[Neos] Forming a client follow-group for Neos

Hi Steffen,

from my experience the scenarios have to be written very precisely and have to use a common vocabulary (which doesn't have to be technical!) to not pollute the feature context (the translation between textual representation and the actual test logic).

I see the client follow-group input more as higher level epics that could produce scenarios / user stories in the end. But I like the idea of using the stories / scenarios to communicate between the team and external stakeholders.

Greetings,

Christopher
