[TYPO3-50-general] Problems with remove content structure

Hi,

yes the section will still be in the content repository and at the
moment the user interface doesn't allow deletion of sections, but that
could be implemented fairly easy. Content structure shows all sub nodes
on the current page, we don't check whether the nodes are actually
displayed on the page or not.
