[Neos] Neos Installation failed on Shared Host

Hi Roland,

unfortunately i can't help you with your issue - but i have Neos 
installed on a small webpackage at webhostone (a small german hoster)
and it workes without any problems or adjustments.
so i think there is no general problem with shared hosts.
