Quite possible and I doubt that this was meant to be the final solution.
The question is: What to do about it right now.
I think we should at least check the Libxml version in 
"BasicRequirements.php" and/or check it in the importer and don't set 
the LIBXML_PARSEHUGE flag for a version < 2.7.0

Or do you think we can/should rework this already for the next bugfix 
release?
