[Neos] Routing issue?

I updated as per directions for downloading i.e.

cd /installation-root/
composer require "typo3/neos:1.0.0-beta2"
composer require "typo3/neosdemotypo3org:1.0.0-beta2"
composer require "typo3/sitekickstarter:1.0.0-beta2"
# Remember to flush the caches afterwards
/flow flow:cache:flush --force
/flow doctrine:migrate

Is there also a requirement for Flow, would that not be pulled down with the above?
