[TYPO3-50-general] Plat_forms: party package

Hey guys,

great work you did on plat_forms :-)
The CaP package is a really nice. I see that there are some changes in 
the Party package, but they`re not in the GIT repo.

I had copy me some things and need the Party changes like the missing 
PartyInterface. Can someone commit this changes ? :-)
