[TYPO3-50-general] 403 Forbidden with flow3

Could you have a look at the error log, and perhaps post the error message
from there.
It probably will give you some more information on why the 403 error is
given.
It might be something like a wrong owner of the .htaccess or something like
that, but I guess the error log can shine a light on it.
