[TYPO3-50-general] Performance of the BlogExample

Hi!

I do not use a PHP accelerator. BlogExample page opens in 2 seconds on subsequent requests (v4 opens in 0.5s due to USER_INTs). Do I need to enable some settings for the BlogExample?
