At least it's not like this in some packages of the FLOW3 distribution 
(namely PHP6, PHPUnit, Testing & TYPO3CR).

I'm only asking because this was discussed on the t3v4mvc-list. I don't 
know if it has to be enforced. Maybe that's something the CGL package 
could check (once it works again)..
