For those few oldschool-windows-users amongst you with TortoiseSVN:
Right-Click on the root folder of your working copy, click "TortoiseSVN" 
 > "Switch..." and enter 
"https://svn.typo3.org/FLOW3/Distributions/Base/trunk" as target URL.
