[TYPO3-50-general] Patch Reviews

Hey everybody,

I just looked for some stuff to aid in software reviews - and I  
finally found a promising-looking solution:

It's called Review Board: http://review-board.org/ - Initially  
developed by VMWare, but now open source and with various contributors.

When we are at a point where we'd like to have something like a "Core  
List" it might be worth checking this software out again.

What do you think? :-)
