Hi Masi,

In the matrix (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#AllCompatibility 
) it says, that you can use a package/lib FLOW3 in a package with "GPLv2 
or later", what you will make in most cases. If you want to copy some 
odefrom FLOW3 into your own package, you are forced to use GPLv3 or LGPL.
