[TYPO3-50-general] Exception #1204026251. What to do?

Hi,
some how there was write or read-lock on following temporay folder:
~\workspaces\flow3\xampplite\htdocs\Data\Temporary\c970cf0690c3d07a8972fc90cd3d2290\default\Cache\Production\Data\FLOW3_Reflection\f\f\

- Shutting down apache and delete temp-files did not work...
- You have to restart your computer and remove the temporary files 
afterwards.
