Transformer seems to be a little more correct, converter is more 
intuitive (faster to understand)

Other ideas:
- DataTransformer
- DataConverter

"They basically can  transform/convert/edit data between different 
formats" (There was maybe a reason why you didn't use "property" in your 
explanation?)
Is it always about a property (of an object)?
