[TYPO3-50-general] wiki-links in exceptions are broken

Hey,

I think it should be changed anyway to something like
typo3.org/go/Exception/1217839467, so we can always place a script there
that redirects to the correct location, regardless of whether it might
go to an exceptions directory at typo3.org some day or to
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Exception...
