[TYPO3-50-general] Basic Application in typo3

I am a newbie to typo3 and i would like to know how to create,modify,delete
 users using Java in typo3 and I installed an installer package of typo3 so,
 please do explain me how to change the user name and password which are
root and
 password is blank by default.

Please give reply as soon as possible.
