[TYPO3-50-general] New virtual appliance for FLOW3 development

We released a new version based on JeOS 8.4 yesterday (VDI image for
VirtualBox). We also added some documentation (mostly for VirtualBox).

It would be interesting if the VDI image can be used with VMware. As
we are trying to have a minimal appliance, the samba sever is optional
and can easily be installed with apt.

I tried out shared folders with VirtualBox for the FLOW3 source and
the performance is not acceptable on my mac at home (recent imac).
Currently I use the PDT with RSE over SSH for editing of the files and
it works quite good (except some notices of lost connections but
nothing serious yet).
