Hello Thomas,

others may correct me, but the svn is single-sign-on connected to typo3.org
Which means, if you have an account on typo3.org, you can use that data
to use svn. If you haven't an account, get one! ;)

I never knew that you need an account to only check-out, but it seems
like that.
