[TYPO3-50-general] Got a report that mailing list subscriptions doesn't work with a permission denied

hey All,

see subject line.
Somebody on IRC tries to subscribe but get's a permission denied when  
he actually tries to send a mail.

May be somebody can take a look at it please?
