[TYPO3-50-general] running the PhoneBookTutorial?

Hello

Compliment on the exciting work, its big fun looking and the code and 
begin playing around.

I am very excited to see the PhoneBookTutorial running - should it work 
out of the box? Currently I get the Exception:

"Catchable Fatal Error: Argument 1 passed to 
T3_TYPO3CR_Node::initializeFromArray() must be an array, boolean given, 
called in 
/var/www/development/danielp/uni/trunk/Packages/TYPO3CR/Classes/T3_TYPO3CR_Session.php

Am I doing something wrong? Any hints?
