There is a very little Error: In Example A.24 it has to be "the 
Exception is for" not "Interface".

Isn't it possible to make the code examples more look like code? (Some 
Monospace Font) f.e. Example A.1 looks very weird.

On my laptop, which hopefully comes back from repair this week, there is 
the 'CGL on one page', which i only have to finish. We can add that 
there later.
