I am unsure if i am making something wrong, so i wont open an issue.

With a fresh apache 2.2, php 5.3 and flow3 i get this:

Fatal error: Class 't3lib_div' not found in 
/home/tim/workspace/FLOW3/Packages/PHP6/Resources/PHP/class.t3lib_cs.php 
on line 1014
