[TYPO3-50-general] What about a taglib feature for FLOW3

Hi,
would it be possible or make sense to integrate a taglib feature for 
FLOW3 like JSTL in JAVA?

Here is a taglib example for extJS but for java: http://www.exttld.com/
This makes the development a lot easier instead of writing the whole JS 
Code.
Furthermore the XHTML template files would be XML compliant.

How it could look like in PHP you could found on: 
http://adventure-php-framework.org/Seite/TagLibTags

Could something like this be implemented as an extra Package?
Would somthing like this be compatible with the paradigms of FLOW3?

Just some ideas ;-)
