I just red a article about extJS 2.1 bzw 3.0. They changed the license
to GPLv3.
Cite: "Mit der Version 2.1 ändert sich auch die Lizenz, der Ext JS
unterliegt: So kommt statt der an die LGPL angelehnten "Ext Lizenz" nun
die GPLv3 zum Einsatz. "
