[TYPO3-50-general] Typo Wiki CSS overhaul

Hey guys, as you may or may not have spotted on the Wiki someone
deemed it a good idea to let me loose on the Trac Wiki CSS code :)

Updates for the 27th March based on Sebkur's recommendations are now
attached to the wiki page and pending "release".

The right-hand floating menu is currently misbehaving as I can't quite
figure out what on earth Trac decides to put into it. It's a bit of a
markup-maze of inline styles and nested lists with links inside h4's
and all manner of junk, so please bear with that section whilst I try
and figure out what's going on in Trac's mind.  As the wiki populates
with information it will become more obvious.

Any comments, bugs and suggestions please pile them into this mailling
list thread!
