I remembered wrong - Andreas was apparently the person, who proposed 
this list.

Yes. I understood also so. HCI and skin doesn't handle technical issues 
and this will not belon to Typo3 4.x branch, when discussing tehcnical 
implementation of Kasper's and Lasse's topapps, this is the only 
available list.
