[TYPO3-50-general] Kasper's and Lasse's 'topapps'

Hi

In dev group Elmar said that Kasper's and Lasse's 'topapps' belongt to 
this list.
As request of my sponsors I made my version of it, where I dropped off 
non-functional items but added new features like
* plugin level configurations
	* possibility to set, which modules to use and in which order
	* possibilityh to define company logo
* hook to add new modules
* hooks to change modules (not in all modules)
* some user level TS configuration

look tm_shared_lib and its manual


BTW. I still use commonly my two-level tabbed menu, which has some advances.
