[TYPO3-50-general] Installation of the PHP-Java-bridge on windows systems

Hello,

I´ve written an email to Karsten Dambekalns two days ago but certainly
he is snowboarding or something else. :)

In the Wiki/Definitive guide to TYPO3 there is no explanation for the
installation of the php-java-bridge for Windows systems. OK, such
beautiful software like TYPO3 has nothing left on windows systems, but
for testing I think...

A short instruction to use the bridge on windows systems is

1. Download and install the Java Runtime Enviroment
(http://www.java.com/de/download/manual.jsp)
2. Download and install the binary package
(http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=117793&package_id=170256)
of the PHP-Java-Bridge (http://php-java-bridge.sourceforge.net/)

I´ve written a longer description on my website
