[TYPO3-50-general] Typo Wiki CSS overhaul

I think perhaps someone should raise this idea with the 4.0 team.
(Someone with influence that is.)
Does the 4.0 team use a trac style tool at present? It might be a
poingnant moment to put, and you'll not forgive the pun, both teams on
the same track.
