[TYPO3-50-general] Typo Wiki CSS overhaul

I notice the normal wiki http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/TYPO3_4.1.1
runs off media wiki and is not even remotely "typoish".

Of course there are two approaches...
Port the wiki to a cut down TRAC installation and use TracWiki and the
theme we're developing here.

OR

Try and style MediaWiki.

I think the main wiki is pretty beefy, so I'm hesitant to suggest
porting it unless there's some seamless mechanism available to convert
the databases.

If anyone wants me to have a crack styling it with the default markup
let me know and I'll have a crack.
