[FLOW3-Stuttgart] fugs cleanup

Hi,

ich habe die composer.json erweitert: require und autoload dazu.
Nun ist der "eine" fatal error weg, aber aktuell knallt "./flow help" 
dann im bootstrap, und ich weiß nicht warum.
Also wenn ihr nun composer update macht, wird "De.FugStuttgart" unter 
"Packages/Sites" als Ordner richtig angelegt.
Den "fugstuttgart" könnt ihr dann löschen.

Wie gesagt... flow ansich läuft nun dennoch nicht. Ich weiß aber nicht, 
ob das von unserem Package kommt:
